Job purpose As Partnership Manager for Financial Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to craft and execute strategies that uncover, build, and nurture partnerships and sponsorships that directly support the growth of our Financial Services service line.
This includes identifying businesses, organizations, influencers, and individuals who can amplify the value of BELAY’s financial expert offerings and generate high-quality referrals and leads.
Your duties will encompass developing collaboration opportunities, negotiating agreements, and overseeing the execution of joint initiatives designed to elevate awareness of our Financial Solutions, foster revenue growth, and achieve strategic goals.
This pivotal role requires identifying new avenues for market expansion, building relationships that highlight the impact of exceptional financial experts, and ensuring that partnership efforts directly drive Financial Solutions' growth.
Your main objective will be to boost the visibility and reputation of our Financial Solutions.
You'll achieve this by expanding our outreach and driving business growth through strategic partnerships that align with BELAY's mission and clearly demonstrate the return on investment by leveraging partners to grow the Financial Solutions service line.
As the Partnership Manager for Financial Solutions , you’ll lead the strategy and execution of partnerships and sponsorships that fuel growth for BELAY’s Financial Solutions service line.
You’ll identify and cultivate relationships with businesses, organizations, influencers, and individuals who can amplify our financial expertise and generate high-quality referrals and leads.
In this role, you’ll design collaboration opportunities, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage joint initiatives that increase visibility, drive revenue, and deliver measurable results.
You’ll also explore new market opportunities and build relationships that showcase the value of BELAY’s financial experts.
Ultimately, you’ll strengthen the visibility and impact of BELAY’s Financial Solutions by leveraging strategic partnerships that expand reach, accelerate growth, and align with BELAY’s mission to deliver exceptional client solutions.
Duties and responsibilities As a BELAY Corporate Team member, you will professionally represent the company in all virtual and in-person interactions.
You are expected to exemplify our mission, vision, and core values daily, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.
Partnership and Sponsorship Identification Research and identify potential partners and sponsors that align with BELAY’s financial solutions service line, target audience, and strategic vision.
Evaluate opportunities based on alignment with financial solutions objectives, audience reach, ROI potential, and brand compatibility.
Maintain an updated pipeline of potential partners and industry insights to guide financial solutions growth strategies.
Partnership and Alliance Development Build and strengthen strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations that highlight the value of BELAY’s financial experts.
Proactively network and engage with businesses, organizations, and stakeholders to generate referrals and expand financial solutions’ market presence.
Partnership and Sponsorship Strategy Development Develop strategies that directly drive growth of the financial solutions service line, with clear goals, ROI targets, and actionable plans.
Create innovative partnership concepts and campaigns that differentiate BELAY financial solutions and deliver mutual value.
Collaborate with the content strategist and creative team to ensure that the copy, content, and visuals selected align with the service line's ICP.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis specific to financial support solutions to ensure competitive positioning.
Partnership and Sponsorship Negotiation and Management Serve as the primary liaison for financial solutions partnerships, cultivating strong, trust-based relationships.
Negotiate agreements with partners and sponsors to secure mutually beneficial terms that drive financial solutions visibility and revenue.
Oversee the execution and performance of partnerships and sponsorships, ensuring deliverables are met and opportunities for improvement are identified.
Campaign and Activation Management Collaborate with internal marketing and sales teams, as well as external partners, to design and deliver campaigns that highlight the impact of BELAY’s financial experts.
Coordinate financial solutions, partnership-related events, promotions, and content collaborations from planning through execution.
Work alongside the Growth Marketing Manager and Marketing Project Manager to deliver exceptional products on time and within budget. Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize outcomes and maximize ROI for the financial solutions service line.
Qualifications This role requires a motivated and trustworthy self-starter with strong communication and technological skills who thrives both independently and on a team.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience Three or more years of experience in a business development role that involved creating strategy, coordinating, driving, and executing business development initiatives across multiple platforms Three or more years of experience in external strategic partnerships / sponsorships Strong understanding of business development principles, brand positioning, and consumer behavior Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with external and internal stakeholders Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a results-driven mindset Must have a strong ability to work on multiple initiatives at once, prioritize and meet critical deadlines Working conditions BELAY Corporate offers full-time remote work, requiring a dedicated, distraction-free home office for standard Monday-Friday business hours, with occasional travel for some roles.
