Oversee roofing and envelope projects ranging from $1M to $10M+Manage safety, scheduling, budgets, and subcontractors from start to finishDeliver work in occupied and secure environments—hospitals, government sites, schoolsCoordinate closely with clients, vendors, site supers, and internal teamsTroubleshoot issues, drive solutions, and keep projects moving efficientlyReview outcomes and identify areas for continuous improvementWhat You Bring to the Table :
5+ years leading commercial roofing or envelope projectsExpertise in TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, metal systems, and waterproofingProficiency with tools like Procore, The Edge, and Microsoft OfficeExperience working in active facilities—safety-first mindset a mustOSHA 30 or 500 certified (EM 385 or LEED is a plus)High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferredYou'll Fit Right In If You're :
