Position Overview

An established regional health system in northern Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to provide 24-hour call and clinic coverage , starting immediately with potential ongoing assignments into 2026.

This role offers a daily rate of $2,297 for 24-hour call coverage , $360 / hour for call-back , and full travel reimbursement , supporting a respected, patient-centered organization committed to quality care.

Assignment Details

Schedule : 24-hour call coverage (Monday Friday blocks; occasional weekends)

Responsibilities : Rounding, inpatient consults, outpatient clinic, and general urology procedures

Patient Population : Adults only 2 5 patients per day

Procedures : General Urology (required) Robotics (highly preferred)

EMR : EPIC

Travel : All travel expenses covered (flight, lodging, rental car or mileage)

Compensation & Perks

Daily Rate : $2,297 (24-hour on call)

Call-Back Pay : $360 / hour

Travel : Full coverage for flights, lodging, and transportation

Scheduling : Flexible block coverage with extension potential

Environment : Supportive staff, modern facilities, and balanced workload

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within 5 years of residency)

Indiana medical license (required at submission)

DEA & IN Controlled Substance Registration (CSR / CDS)

ACLS certification

Robotics experience (highly preferred note in submission)

Availability dates must be listed when submitting
