Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure – Kiln Creek, Yorktown, VA
1st Advantage Federal Credit Union is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Infrastructure to support the Technology Department. Scheduled hours are 40 per week, 8 : 30 a.m. – 5 : 00 p.m., Monday through Friday (Hybrid).
We provide leadership and oversight of the Network and Systems Infrastructure. This role works with the Manager of Enterprise Applications to ensure network, cloud, server, desktop, storage, telephony, and virtual environments are highly available to support colleagues and members. This role is manager capable of executing a technology plan that aligns with corporate goals, providing coaching and leadership to an infrastructure team, and fostering collaboration between infrastructure and the rest of the technology team.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Partner with the Manager of Enterprise Applications to ensure core banking application systems are adequately supported and maintained.Provide day-to-day leadership of the infrastructure and service desk teams; coach, build teams, conduct performance evaluations, set goals, and plan career paths for direct reports.Ensure proper change, incident, and asset management policies are followed by direct reports.Draft and maintain infrastructure documentation, including diagrams, process flows, third-party integrations, and internal system dependencies.Act as on-call escalation point for critical system issues and marshal internal and external resources to restore functionality.Performance Measurements
Prompt response to and recovery from systems and network-related production interruptions across multiple hardware, networks, and operating systems.Anticipate network and security risks and mitigate threats per policy.Manage network device inventory to ensure asset tracking and third-party license compliance.Improve efficiency by deploying current-generation tools over legacy solutions.Maintain a cohesive, highly trained staff to meet daily department demands and complete documentation.Ensure disaster recovery plans and related documents are tested and compliant with security policies.Complete assigned projects effectively while keeping management informed of issues.Uphold 1st Advantage FCU core values of integrity, trust, teamwork, and excellence.Knowledge and Skills
