Summary :
The Non-Government AR Supervisor has extensive knowledge and experience needed to control and manage accounts receivable through supervision of billing and collection staff. This position acquires and maintains current knowledge of billing guidelines and works with the PFS manager to implement processes and maintain compliance in the billing office. The PFS Supervisor is competent of the Revenue Cycle and works with the Revenue Cycle team to attain Baptist Health goals. Effectively communicates with other management as well as staff.
Other information :
High school diploma or equivalent. Minimum of 5 years as a Patient Acct Rep, or 2 years in a Lead / Supervisory position in a healthcare setting. Must be able to manage stress. Must be able to work in a fast paced environment and effectively multitask. Able to work 40+ hours as well as additional outside the shift as necessary. 10-key, Computer skills (i.e. Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.) Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid software helpful.
This job will be authorized 80.00 hours bi-weekly.
