CMM Programmer

The CMM Programmer will perform 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections and prepare data for PPAP and FAI submission, as well as prepare Control Plans and job duties as listed.

Responsibilities / Job Duties :

• Prepares CMM programs as required to CAD data and or prints for component parts and assemblies.
• Performs 1st piece, in-process, and final inspections.
• Create layouts of fixtures and manage CMM reports for traceability.
• Prepares data for PPAP and FAI submissions as requested.
• Performs gauge studies, (GR & R’s) and prepares Control Plans.
• Participates and assists in problem solving and analysis.
• Train and develop less experienced staff with the necessary programming and measurement skills to promote department growth.

Working Hours :

Full time, No Less than 40 hours per week, 1st Shift 6 am – 4 : 30 pm plus overtime when needed.
