The target cash compensation range for this role is $87,930 - $108,160 USD annually, which includes base salary, variable commission for eligible roles, and annual bonus targets. All full-time iSpot employees are also eligible for stock options as part of our equity plan. Non-exempt roles may qualify for (pre-approved) overtime pay.
iSpot is committed to offering a hybrid and flexible workplace. Depending on your location and responsibilities, you may be designated as full-time or part-time office-based or fully remote. A hybrid schedule typically means working in the office 1-3 days a week. If you live near our offices in Bellevue, WA; El Segundo, CA; or New York, NY, you will benefit from this flexible approach, while remote employees located further away will work entirely from home.
