Job descriptionBackground in luxury retail or high-end jewelry security required. Proficiency in physical security and surveillance operations. Valid Security Guard License (state equivalent). Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Able to stand and remain alert for 8–10-hour shifts. Unarmed position – CPR / First Aid certifications preferred. The Role
We are seeking Boutique Security Agents – Tier II (Unarmed) to join our luxury retail security team in Miami Beach. In this role, you’ll safeguard high-value assets, clients, and guests while representing both GTS and our brand partners with professionalism and poise.
You will :
- Maintain site safety, access control, and surveillance integrity.
- Deliver an elevated customer experience aligned with luxury standards.
- Demonstrate discretion, situational awareness, and strong communication in dynamic environments.

$32 per hour — This position is unarmed .
