Customer Service Representative

About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients and field members primarily through call center operations. You will assist with issues related to the consumer website and mobile app, including login, registration, password resets, navigation, and content questions. This role emphasizes quality over quantity, with longer, more detailed calls averaging 11–13 minutes.Location : Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)Key ResponsibilitiesHandle approximately 30 calls per day, spending 6–8 hours on the phone.Deliver a distinctive client experience efficiently and professionally.Provide effective solutions to inquiries, taking ownership of calls and proactively addressing potential future issues.Serve as a trusted advocate for Financial Representatives and partner with them to meet client needs.Educate clients and Financial Representatives on website and self-service capabilities.Exhibit skill in de-escalating servicing concerns.Achieve efficiency standards while maintaining exceptional customer service.Handle phone and transactional responsibilities while safeguarding confidential information.Multi-task between phone duties and follow-up casework with accuracy and quality.Research and evaluate possible solutions using available resources.Schedule & TrainingWork Hours : Flexible between 7 : 00 AM–6 : 00 PM CST (choose your schedule).Training : Hybrid, 8 : 00 AM–4 : 30 PM CSTJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Franklin, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
