Operations Analyst

IntePros is seeking an Operations Analyst responsible for accurately entering and verifying daily distribution data-including dates, rates, and NAVs-into the SuRPAS User Interface. This role involves proactive outreach to Asset Managers and Service Providers, research on Fund declarations and NAV source documents, and thorough quality control to ensure all distribution data is complete and accurate.
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, data entry precision, and effective communication skills while performing daily operations using systems such as Microsoft Access, Outlook, mainframes, and Multi Client Image.
Key Responsibilities :
- Process daily client distributions by entering distribution dates, rates, and NAVs in SuRPAS.
- Make outbound calls to Asset Managers and their Service Providers to confirm or obtain distribution data.
- Research Fund declarations and NAV source documents to validate and update information.
- Perform QC (quality control) checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize Microsoft Access, MS Outlook, mainframes, and Multi Client Image in daily processing.
- Participate in quality programs and continuous improvement initiatives to uphold service excellence.
- Support managers and co-workers on ongoing projects and special assignments as needed.
- Complete required productivity and compliance documentation.
- Follow all regulatory and internal control procedures meticulously.
- Work flexible or later shifts as needed to support SubAccounting Clients during year-end dividend processing.
Required Skills / Experience :
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Fast learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Access and Outlook.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Skills / Experience :
Customer service experience in a financial or operations environment.Familiarity with mutual fund accounting, distributions, or asset management processes.Experience with systems such as SuRPAS or related mainframe applications.Knowledge of fund accounting principles or NAV calculations.
