Job descriptionPaid Holidays : 9 Days Mental Health : 3 Days Birthday CME : 5 days allowed and $5,000 annually 401(k) with 4% Employer Match Student Loan Repayment Up to $75,000 Malpractice Insurance 2 Staff Members per Physician No Nights or Weekends 4 or 5-Day Work Weeks Available Monday – Friday (8 : 30am – 5 : 00pm) Flexibility for Alternate Schedules Outpatient care Peds On Call Rotation 16 – 22 Patients / Day 1 Hour for New Patient / 20 Minutes for Follow Ups Must See All Ages with approximately 40% Geriatric Half-Days Possible for Sign Offs and Supervising Current and Active Physician License in the State of Indiana Must be Board Certified (Family Medicine Preferred) Must be Comfortable Treating All Ages New Grads Welcome

This position is with a nonprofit community health organization dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care across multiple rural, but not isolated, communities.
Salary and Benefits :
- The salary is $195,000+ (4 Days) / $243,750+ (5 Days)
- Extra Compensation for Additional Duties (sign-offs, supervision, projects, etc.)
- Sign-on Bonus : $5,000 – $20,000
- Relocation Assistance : Up to $5,000
- Medical / Dental / Vision Insurance Available Day 1
- Paid Time Off
Vacation : 4 Weeks
