Job Overview :

We’re seeking a hands-on and detail-oriented CNC Mill or Lathe Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. In this role, you'll operate a variety of CNC machines to produce precision components for a range of industries. You'll play a key part in ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and contributing to a safe and efficient production environment.

What You’ll Do :

Operate CNC mills and / or lathes to manufacture high-quality, precision parts that meet engineering specifications.
Perform tool offsets, work origin adjustments, and minor edits to ensure machine accuracy.
Conduct routine in-process inspections using precision metrology tools to ensure part compliance.
Monitor tooling for wear and proactively replace tools to minimize downtime.
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work area in alignment with lean manufacturing practices.
Perform basic machine maintenance and assist with preventive maintenance tasks.
Work closely with teammates to solve problems, support production flow, and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Adhere to all safety protocols and actively contribute to a safe working environment.

Qualifications :

U.S. Citizenship (required)

Completion of pre-employment drug screen and background check

High school diploma or equivalent

Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with CNC machinery

Positive attitude and a team-first mindset that supports company culture

Willingness to learn new skills and take on increased responsibility

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks in a manufacturing setting

Effective problem-solving and attention to detail to ensure quality outcomes

Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.) is a plus
