OB / GYN Medical Director

We’re supporting an academic-affiliated women’s health program in Tulsa in their search for an OB / GYN Medical Director to lead and advance clinical, operational, and educational initiatives within the hospital’s women’s services department. This role blends patient care, program leadership, and collaboration with faculty and hospital administration to enhance the quality, safety, and delivery of obstetric and gynecologic services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership for the OB Hospitalist program and Women’s Services department.
• Collaborate with administrative leadership on strategic initiatives, quality metrics, and service expansion.
• Participate in provider scheduling, performance reviews, and physician engagement efforts.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and clinical practice guidelines.
• Lead and contribute to quality improvement projects focused on maternal health outcomes, safety culture, and evidence-based care.
• Mentor and support faculty, residents, and midwives, fostering a collaborative teaching environment.
