What Youll Do :

Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the retail location.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail environment and its perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and promote a secure atmosphere.

Monitor entrances, exits, and key areas within the location to observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns.

Document and communicate any incidents, observations, or issues to the appropriate Allied Universal personnel and / or site management.

Assist with access control and provide directions or assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed.

Work collaboratively with store staff and Allied Universal team members to support a welcoming and secure shopping environment.

Minimum Requirements :

A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
