Requirements

State Bar Admission is required

Experience with pharmaceutical patent litigation under the Hatch-Waxman Act, medical device, chemical, etc.

Proven ability to handle discovery, manage complex cases, and work effectively in a team

Experience in both Federal district court and IPR proceedings

Undergraduate degree in life sciences discipline, such as biology, chemistry, or chemical engineering.

Strong attention to detail, solid judgment, and proactive work style

Strong research sills (legal and factual) and strong writing skills
