Job Description

Job Title : Registered Nurse

Job Specialty : Operating Room

Job Duration : 6 weeks with the option to extend

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Guaranteed Hours :

Experience : At least 1-2 years

License : Will hire with pending license

Certifications : BLS, ACLS, and PALS required

Must-Have : Experience with Peds OR, colon resections, and robotic surgery cases

Job Description :

• The nurse must function independently in both circulating and recovery room roles.
• The nurse should be able to circulate in the operating room efficiently.
• This is a Monday to Friday position; hours are primarily 8 a.m. - 4 : 30 p.m., but may vary.
• The role requires participation in an on-call rotation with a 30-minute response time.
• On-call responsibilities include being the only nurse called in, along with one certified surgical technologist and one certified registered nurse anesthetist.
• Travel experience is not required.
• Minimum one year of experience is preferred.
