• Qualifications
• Required Education – JD
• Actively barred in : Colorado
• Entry-level attorneys encouraged to apply
• Enthusiasm to go to court and develop litigation skills is fantastic
• Must reside in Colorado
• Responsibilities
• Work remotely from a home office or in our Englewood office
• Suttell & Hammer maintains a small remote office located in Englewood, CO with a seasoned CO Attorney
• Remote and in-person court appearances on behalf of our clients
• Conduct legal research and writing
• Review and approve pleadings and correspondence
• Negotiate to resolve matters prior to trial
