Solver is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for securing leads by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities using Solver’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and creating deals for the sales team. This position plays a critical role in the sales process by identifying and generating sales qualified leads (opportunities) through both inbound and outbound activities. You will generate and qualify new leads and build the sales pipeline for the organization, with the goal of increasing MQLs and MQL to SQL conversion rates. The BDR produces qualified prospects by following up on inbound leads from multiple marketing campaign channels, conducting outbound, proactive calling to target accounts and industries, nurturing prospects over time, discovering needs, offering relevant resources, and learning where they are in the buying process to help propel the sale forward. You will utilize targeted and insightful questions to speak knowledgeably with decision makers, provide content and product / service information, and work with prospects to explain how Solver’s products and / or services can address their challenges.
