Full-time Family Medicine Locum Tenens Opportunity Near ROCKVILLE, MN Position : Locum Tenens - Family Medicine with Pediatric Call BID DUE DATE : FIRST TO FILL Details : Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm Clinic, full-time coverage Duration : Jan 2024, ongoing throughout 2024. Call : 1 : 5 weeks : Admits and rounding during the on-call week. On-call week starts Monday (7 am) and ends the following Monday (7 am). Clinic Setup : Attached to the hospital; on-call during the week while working the clinic shift. Setting : Outpatient Duties : Bread and butter Family Practice, Pediatric Hospitalist call required. Call Responsibilities : Coverage in the nursery, admitting Pediatric ER patients, and rounding on patients. Patient Load : 12-16 patients per day. Patient Demographics : 60% Adults, 40% Pediatrics. Staff : 4-5 APPs employed by the clinic; their workdays vary. Qualifications : Certification : Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine - REQUIRED or Truly Board Eligible (0-3 years of residency completion). License : Active MN license - REQUIRED. Certifications : Active NRP, PALS - REQUIRED. Background : Clean Malpractice / Background - HIGHLY PREFERRED.
