Machine Operator – Production
Job Summary
We are seeking dependable Machine Operators to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role ensures product quality, order accuracy, and on-time production by safely operating and maintaining packaging and processing equipment.
Key Responsibilities

• Operate assigned production and packaging machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up machines and run equipment at full capacity following standard procedures
• Make minor equipment adjustments (weight, length, sensor settings) as needed
• Monitor products and packaging to ensure specifications and quality standards are met
• Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and basic maintenance of machines
• Retest and adjust equipment following changeovers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
• Work overtime and varied shifts as needed to meet production demands
• Perform additional duties to support production and quality objectives

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to identify quality or packaging issues
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and safety procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain regular attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks

Nice-to-Haves

• 1–3 years of experience as a machine operator or production associate in manufacturing, packaging, or industrial environments
• Experience following GMP, safety, or quality control procedures
• Exposure to machine setup, changeovers, or minor mechanical adjustments
