The Technical Project Coordinator is responsible for streamlining communication, coordinating workflows, and providing oversight for all Global App and software-related initiatives within the Product Development department.
Essential Functions
- Serve as the primary liaison between the Product Development Team and Global cross-functional teams for all app and software programs
- Identify consumer friendly solutions to operate products and navigate apps and translate them into development actions
- Collaborate with the overseas counterpart to develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Manage project documentation, including requirements, meeting notes, and status updates
- Proactively identify risks and issues, propose mitigation strategies, and escalate concerns as needed
- Coordinate testing schedules and ensure QA feedback is incorporated into development cycles
- Track bugs and drive timely resolution
- Support the creation of mockups for new features and UI enhancements
- Prepare presentations and updates for internal stakeholders
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly language when appropriate
- Contribute to monetization strategies for the Bestway APP, including in-app purchases, subscriptions, and storefronts integrated with Global e-commerce platforms

Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or relevant IT fieldMinimum of 3 years in a project coordination position in a technical or IT environmentExperience developing project plans, defining scope, and managing timelines to successful completionExperience conducting quality control testing and ensuring deliverables meet requirementsExperience planning and executing new feature improvements for software or app developmentIntermediate or advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Planner, Excel, and PowerPointExperience working with technical teams and understanding technical terminology and workflowsBestway (USA) Inc. is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
