The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented  Sales Operations & Support Specialist  to play a pivotal role in empowering our high-performing sales team.

This position goes beyond traditional administration — it’s about ensuring precision in sales operations, optimizing processes, and delivering exceptional client coordination. By streamlining workflows and enabling efficient execution, the Sales Support Specialist directly contributes to revenue growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• CRM & Sales Administration :  Manage Salesforce (or similar CRM) to ensure accurate pipeline visibility, forecasting, and data integrity across accounts, contacts, and deals. Track sales activities and client interactions to support proactive follow-up.
• Scheduling & Coordination :  Oversee complex calendars, schedule client calls / demos / meetings, and prepare reps with relevant materials. Monitor upcoming engagements to ensure smooth execution.
• Client Communication & Documentation :  Draft and manage professional emails, proposals, contracts, and sales collateral. Track progress of proposals and agreements to ensure timely client responses and satisfaction.
• Deal Processing & Compliance :  Process orders, contracts, and deal documents in alignment with internal policies. Collaborate with finance, operations, and legal to ensure smooth execution and resolve bottlenecks quickly.
• Reporting & Analytics :  Create weekly / monthly sales dashboards and track KPIs such as conversion rates, pipeline velocity, and revenue forecasts. Support leadership in forecasting and business reviews.
• Sales Enablement :  Provide reps with sales tools (pitch decks, case studies, brochures) and partner with marketing to customize collateral. Maintain a well-organized library of resources.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration :  Act as a hub between sales, marketing, legal, finance, and operations to ensure follow-up on action items, optimize processes, and enhance the client experience.
