We focus on leadership development as well as the importance of the agent’s profitability. We support and build relationships with every agent and client. No agent’s success, earnings, or production results should be considered typical, average, or expected. Not all agents achieve the same or similar results, and no particular results are guaranteed. Your level of success will be determined by several factors, including the amount of work you put in, your ability to successfully follow and implement our training and sales system and engage with our lead system, and the insurance needs of the customers in the geographic areas in which you choose to work. The Anderson Agency is looking for a few candidates who want to work from home, help others secure their future, and make money at the same time.
Duties & Responsibilities :
- Contact warm clients and find out their needs (NO COLD CALLING).
- Strategize with a mentor and with carriers on their options.
- Follow up with the client and help them choose the option that best fits their needs.
- Follow up with the carrier to make sure the policy is issued.
- Get paid.
- This does require an active Life Insurance License.
- If you are currently unlicensed, we can help you get licensed. This is a commission-only position.
- The average person can make over $100K in their first year.
If you are above average, that number is easily surpassed. What we offer :
