Delivery Driver - Ashford Warehouse - Summer Seasonal

Compensation Amount : 20.75 USD Hourly

Transport employees, property, and merchandise to and from Ashford warehouse and park operating units in a 14-passenger van. Occasionally drive vehicles to other locations including airport pick-ups and trips to town. This position reports to the Warehouse Manager.

Essential Functions :

• Drive a 14-passenger van up and down mountain roads on a daily basis.
• Perform vehicle pre-trip safety inspection such as lights, brakes, horns, or windshield wipers, to ensure proper operation and maintain vehicle trip log.
• Report any vehicle malfunctions or needed repairs / maintenance to management immediately.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance such as regulating tire pressure and adding gasoline / propane, oil, and water.
• Enforce and comply with company and DOT safety policies and laws for everyone in the vehicle.
• Safely load product, laundry, and recycling onto and off of truck, often unassisted.
• Maintain food temperature log of food supplies transported in vehicle.
• Occasionally assist with employee trips to and from the airport, into Seattle, and elsewhere.
• Assist in warehouse and laundry units as needed.
