Pay Information

$1,600 to $1,700 per day

About The Position

Type : 1099

Position : Locums to Perm

Practice Setting : Hospital-based. Location : Toledo, OH

Dates of Coverage : Starting October 10, 2025

Pay rate :

In-house Call : $1700 / day

Call-Back : $350 / hr

Shift(s) Description :

  • On site presence during daytime hours (consults and emergency room call) off site call for nights, but could get called back in.

DETAILS :

  • Call Ratio : Everyday needs to be covered.
  • Trauma Level / Designation : Level I Trauma
  • Documentation System / EMR : Epic
  • Number of Exam Rooms : NA
  • Number of Otolaryngologists in Practice : None
  • Description of Support Staff : None
  • Patient Age Demographic : Eighteen and older only
  • What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical : All hospital based.
  • Surgical Procedures Required : Tracheotomy
  • Submission Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible (must be board certified within 3 years after finishing)  - REQUIRED
  • Active DEA  - REQUIRED
  • Active OH license (willing to accept needing to obtain state license)  - REQUIRED
  • BLS and ACLS - REQUIRED
  • Note : All Travel, Lodging, Car Rental or Mileage Coverage & Malpractice with Tails are covered!
