About The Position

Job Title : CT Technologist

Profession : CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Specialty : CT / XRay Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Friday – Sunday

Hours per Shift : 12 hours, 11 : 00 AM – 11 : 30 PM

Experience : Minimum of 2 years of experience in radiology preferred.

License : Current ARRT registry required. Washington State certification required for at least two specialties, one of which must be bone density, CT, quality management, special procedures, or mammography.

Certifications : BLS, Certified CT Technologist - ARRT (CT)

Must-Have : Thorough knowledge of specialty theory and application, including concepts, procedures, safety precautions, and effects.

Description :

Satisfactory completion of formal Radiologic Technology training is required.

Candidates must have experience or knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy, preferred for CT and MRI specialties.

Demonstrated skill and ability to perform high-quality procedures in the relevant imaging modality is essential.

Two years of experience in mammography imaging and diagnostic procedures is preferred for those with a mammography specialty.

Experience with electronic patient information systems and / or mammography tracking systems is preferred.

Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain BLS certification.
