What You'll Do
As Engineering Manager, you'll lead a multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians to :
- Design, implement, and improve manufacturing processes for cutting-edge medical components
- Lead and mentor engineers and technicians; manage daily departmental workflow
- Conduct performance reviews and one-on-one coaching and planning
- Develop action plans to meet efficiency and cost targets
- Foster a culture of accountability, clarity, and goal alignment
- Drive efficiency, cost savings, and continuous improvement across operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for new product introductions and scale-up
- Manage capital projects from equipment selection to commissioning
- Enhance standard operating procedures and drive process improvements
- Support quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO 13485)
- Align engineering efforts with strategic goals and performance metrics
- Serve as a technical resource and thought leader across the organization
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field7+ years relevant experience, including 3+ years in a leadership roleExceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency in 3D CAD software (Solidworks preferred), ERP systems, and data analysis toolsProven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing settingExperience in project management and process optimizationStrong command of MS Office toolsPreferred :
