Ammonia / Refrigeration Technician

Job Description

Shift : 4 : 00 PM-4 : 30 AM

Hourly Rate : $40.63 an hour + $1.00 shift differential

Essential Job Functions :

• Reports to the Plant Maintenance Manager.
• Work the scheduled / assigned times and required overtime, hours are 4 : 00 p.m. - 4 : 30 a.m., schedule of 2 / 3, 3 / 2, 2 / 3.
• Pay rate based on experience : Ammonia Tech. I - $40.63 / hr., Ammonia Tech. II - $42.78 / hr., + $1.00 shift premium.
• Regular attendance to ensure production requirements are met.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and plans.
• Knowledge of Planned Maintenance
• Complete work / purchase order requests.
• Responsible moving up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications :

Education : High school diploma or GED required.

Experience preferred : Minimum 2 years of refrigeration maintenance or related experience. Commercial HVAC and Industrial experience preferred.
