Medical Assembler

Join our team as an Assembler for the production of high-quality medical devices, primarily in a clean room environment. This role involves the formulation of polymers and spray coating formulations, production of medical devices using a microscope, and operation of various equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities :

• Operate machinery to produce medical devices that meet specifications.
• Follow manufacturing instructions and update job documentation accurately for traceability.
• Prepare products for packing and sterilization.
• Inspect products using a microscope.
• Ensure compliance with GMPs.
• Set up coating machines and perform coating, inspection, and folding of balloon catheters.
• Prepare excipient and spray coating formulations and perform testing.
• Package sterile and non-sterile finished or semi-finished goods.
• Identify and replenish supplies.
• Build components needed for top-level work orders.
• Complete required cleaning activities.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
