Responsibilities include :

• Designing, developing, and delivering enterprise-level BI solutions, including dashboards and recurring reports, using best practices in data visualization
• Collaborating with business stakeholders and analysts to define, develop, and deliver domain-specific BI solutions that provide insights for critical business decisions
• Partnering with subject matter experts and the data engineering team to create ad hoc SQL queries and enterprise-level data marts for recurring analysis and self-service capabilities
• Working directly with external customers to design, deliver, and maintain customer-facing self-service online reporting portals
• Ensuring high availability and accuracy of deliverables on the enterprise BI platform, particularly with tools like Tableau and Salesforce
• Collaborating with technical teams to inform changes to source system data structures and identify impacts on downstream BI products
• Actively participating in a data champion community for knowledge and best practice sharing to promote a data-driven culture within the team.
