The ARNP – Aesthetic & Wellness part time role provides an exceptional opportunity to combine clinical care with modern aesthetic and preventive wellness practices. The NP will evaluate, consult, and deliver patient-centered services that align with the companies mission of integrated, technology-enabled wellness and preventive health. This position focuses on providing high-quality care, educational guidance, protocols validation, hands-on evaluation testing and treatment oversight in a wellness studio and spa-inspired setting. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive health and aesthetic evaluations for clients, integrating wellness testing such as body composition (DEXA), ANS testing, Blood test and related assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized care and treatment plans focusing on preventive health, longevity, and aesthetic outcomes. Perform Good Faith Exams
- Perform and oversee non-invasive aesthetic procedures including injectables, skin rejuvenation, and device-based therapies (e.g., red light therapy, cryotherapy, body sculpting).
- Review and interpret laboratory, imaging, and device data to provide actionable recommendations within the NP scope.
- Ensure compliance with state medical and safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date protocols and records within the clinic’s EHR system.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, safety protocols, and holistic lifestyle improvements to enhance outcomes.
- Collaborate aestheticians, and administrative staff to ensure seamless client flow and an exceptional service experience.
- Participate in continuous learning and team training related to new technologies, treatments, and evidence-based wellness protocols.
Qualifications
Master’s Degree in Nursing with active Nurse Practitioner licensure in the State of Washington (ARNP).Minimum 5 years of clinical experience, with 2 years in aesthetics, wellness, or preventive medicine preferred.Strong understanding of preventive health, integrative medicine, and aesthetic treatment modalities.Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a client-centered approach.Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, and infection control standards.Experience with EMR / EHR systems and modern diagnostic devices preferred.Schedule & Compensation
Part-time position (approximately 2-3 days per week, including potential weekend hours) with scope to grow into Full Time position with benefits. Also open to partnership to building your own practice in the wellness clinic.Competitive hourly rate based on experience and certifications.
