Recruiting Coordinator
Addison Group is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support a busy recruiting team. Our client is a well-established professional services organization experiencing continued growth. Their recruiting team plays a key role in supporting hiring needs across the company, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
- Coordinate interviews for candidates across various divisions, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently.
- Maintain consistent communication with applicants, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout each stage of the process.
- Update candidate profiles, notes, and status changes in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accuracy.
- Assist with preparing and posting job listings, as well as tracking requisition activity.
- Compile reports and support ad-hoc recruiting projects as needed.
- Provide general administrative support to the recruiting team to help streamline day-to-day operations.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree required.13 years of experience in recruiting coordination or human resources administrative support within a law firm or professional services environment.Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished and professional demeanor.Experience using an ATS; familiarity with Workday or Rooster is a plus.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team.Additional Details :
