Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. FEA tools and mechanical system analysis. Experience with automation, tolerance stack-up, and complex assemblies. Hands-on knowledge of agricultural machinery or similar equipment.

R&D Engineer – Agricultural Components
A well-established manufacturer in the agricultural equipment sector is seeking an experienced R&D Engineer to join its growing team. Working under the guidance of the Director of R&D, this role focuses on designing, testing, and refining aftermarket components for agricultural machinery.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and reverse-engineer components for agricultural equipment.
- Lead product validation efforts to ensure performance and quality.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to transition designs into production smoothly.
- Evaluate new product opportunities and conduct feasibility reviews.
- Provide technical support across departments and mentor junior team members.
- Work closely with suppliers to develop and refine components.
- Manage project timelines and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
