Our engineers frequently engage in writing product requirement documents, utilizing SQL to analyze feature performance, and ensuring quality assurance—no task is too small if it contributes to an exceptional product. Comfort with ambiguity and collaboration with design, operations, and clinical stakeholders is crucial.

While healthcare experience is not mandatory, a genuine interest in understanding the complicated nature of the American healthcare system, including EHR integrations and revenue cycle management, is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in full-stack web application development.
• Proficiency in modern infrastructure tools and programming languages. Our current tech stack includes AWS, Ruby on Rails, and NextJS, so familiarity with modern technologies is expected.

This role requires in-office collaboration at least 3 days per week. Our office is located near Market and Spear St in San Francisco or Central Square, Cambridge.
