The YMCA of Greater New York is seeking a Regional Training Manager for ASHI. The Regional Training Manager will work alongside branch leadership to facilitate ASHI training sessions for all department staff. They will manage the strategy, systems, organization, and effective facilitation of all ASHI training. Responsibilities include planning and implementing structured training methods across branches, ensuring high-quality facilitation, communication, and collaboration. The manager will also support branches with CPR / FA incidents, strengthen EAPs, and facilitate community training courses.
