Senior Accountant (Exempt)

Sante Health System in Fresno, CA is looking to hire a full-time Senior Accountant (Exempt) to assist with all aspects of the Sante Physicians IPA Finance department. This position will prepare financial analysis needed to conduct and support assigned client's operations, work on the weekly / monthly check runs for assigned clients and prepare the monthly financial statements for assigned clients. Responsibilities include maintaining accounting books and records, preparing financial analysis, maintaining appropriate client contacts and proactively serving assigned clients.

This is an exempt position offering professional growth opportunities and may eventually include supervisory responsibilities over accounting staff as the department expands.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Associate's degree or a more advanced degree in Finance or Accounting preferred
• 3-5 years of finance / accounting or related experience
• Healthcare experience is a plus
• Must possess a valid drivers' license and proof of insurance

Candidates should have exceptional people and communication skills, be highly skilled in multi-tasking in a fast paced environment, a commitment to achieving a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, and a no-task-too-small approach to the work.
