Job Description

As a General / Special Education Teacher at The Menta Group, you will have the opportunity to educate a small classroom of students in a self-contained setting. Our social-emotional learning environments combine engaging, inquiry-based academics with a P.B.I.S. structure.

Responsibilities

• Teach all subjects in a classroom setting
• Provide a differentiated learning environment
• Collaborate with staff, including curriculum and clinical teams, to achieve positive outcomes for students
• Gain support from on-campus staff, including teachers, administrators, curriculum, clinical staff, and support personnel
• Personalize learning experiences for students
• Maintain a social-emotional learning environment
• Manage a classroom of around 10 students with paraprofessional support
