Johnson Melloh is seeking an experienced Mechanical Estimator to support our growing service projects team. This role is critical in the planning and execution of commercial design / build projects ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities :

As a Design / Build Estimator, you will :

• Analyze plans and specifications to prepare accurate budget estimates.
• Evaluate site requirements, scope changes, and vendor quotes to refine project costs.
• Collaborate with engineers and project managers to develop competitive bids.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, site managers, and internal teams to align project goals and timelines.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of estimated vs. actual costs.
• Support contract negotiations to keep projects within budget.
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure alignment between estimates and execution.
