The Senior Member Relationship Consultant plays a pivotal role in fostering and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with banking clients by delivering personalized financial solutions and exceptional service. This position is responsible for understanding each member's unique financial needs and goals, providing expert guidance on a wide range of banking products including deposit accounts, CDs, loans, home equity, and consumer lending. The Senior Member Relationship Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, ensuring compliance with bank lending policies while driving consultative sales strategies to support business growth. By leveraging CRM tools and adaptive communication techniques, the role enhances member satisfaction and loyalty. The required skills such as Bank Teller experience and knowledge of retail banking enable the consultant to effectively understand and address member needs on a daily basis. Outbound calling and client relationship building skills are essential for proactive engagement and fostering trust with members. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM supports efficient management of member data and sales activities, ensuring personalized and timely service. Expertise in loan underwriting and lending products allows the consultant to provide accurate financial advice and facilitate smooth loan processing. Additionally, soft skills like empathy, patience, and adaptability are crucial for delivering exceptional customer experiences and navigating the dynamic financial services environment.

The expected pay range for Senior Member Relationship Consultant is $26.20 - $28.00 per hour.
