Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) has exciting opportunities for multiple Experienced No n -Destructive Test (NDT ) Quality Specialists to join our BDS Fabrication Quality Organization in Berkeley, MO!

This position requires the candidate to hold current or recently current (within the last 18 months) NAS410 NDT certification in a minimum of one of the following methods : Ultrasonic (UT) or Radiography (RT).

Employees will be required to obtain a minimum of Level II certification in UT or RT method. Failure to achieve or maintain the required certifications may lead to termination of employment.

The NDT Specialist will join and work in a dynamic team supportive team within a fabrication environment using automated and traditional systems, evaluating collected data, making accept / reject decisions. Ideal candidates will have the ability to interpret blueprint requirements and have the capability of supporting and / or developing inspection procedures. Successful candidates will have experience in NAS410 standard, be an effective communicator, and be able to work across multiple diverse functions, including partnering with operations and engineering teams.

The Nondestructive Test Technician Level II is responsible for performing and overseeing nondestructive testing (NDT) procedures in accordance with NAS410 / BSS7698 standards. This role is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of aerospace components and systems. The technician will utilize various NDT methods, including but not limited to ultrasonic, eddy current, radiographic, magnetic particle, and dye penetrant testing, to detect defects and ensure compliance with industry standards.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidates will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range : USD 75,900 - 96,600

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim and / or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
