A Team Home Services is seeking a full-time Residential Wireman to join our team. In this role, the individual will serve as the license holder on select projects and ensuring all work meets quality and safety standards. This role is pivotal in guiding apprentices, overseeing installations, and assisting in project planning.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee with the installation of electrical wiring in homes, including rough-ins, outlets, light fixtures, and breaker panels. Read blueprints and electrical diagrams to follow wiring plans.
• Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Create reports of customer service calls. Make suggestions for equipment upgrades while maintaining the current inventory, including vans and trucks.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area, following all safety protocols as well as ensuring all work performed complies with safety standards and regulations.
• Serve as the license holder on certain jobs

Qualifications :

Compensation :

$20-$25 hourly training and non commission rate, with a potential to earn $60,000-$120,000 in commission.
