Job Description

Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for construction projects.

Analyze project requirements, including labor, materials, and timelines.

Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine project scopes.

Review and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical documents.

Track costs and provide updates to ensure projects remain within budget.

Assist in negotiating with vendors and subcontractors for competitive pricing.

Maintain organized records of all estimates and project details.

Stay updated on market trends and pricing within the property industry.

The Successful Applicant

Strong knowledge of construction estimating practices and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and specifications.

Proficiency in estimation software and tools.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Effective communication and collaboration abilities.

Familiarity with trends and pricing within the property industry.
