We are seeking a part-time dedicated and skilled PA or FNP to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing preventative care, managing chronic conditions, and addressing acute concerns while working collaboratively with our physician and support staff.

• . Perform comprehensive patient assessments, physical exam, and medical histories
• . Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions
• . Order, interpret and follow up on diagnostic tests
• . Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans.
• . Provide patient education and counseling on health maintenance and disease prevention.
• . Collaborate with physician, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• . Document all patient encounters in the electronic medical record (EMR) accurately
• . Rotating call coverage.
