Our top-law client in Portland is adding an attorney to their Real Estate law practice.

Job Description: Real Estate Attorney (4-6 years of experience)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Real Estate Attorney with 4-6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to grow professionally while working on complex and high-profile real estate transactions.

Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients on a range of real estate transactions, including the purchase, sale, and financing of real estate assets.
  • Manage real estate due diligence processes and guide clients through leasing transactions.
  • Collaborate with a team of experienced lawyers on real estate matters, offering insight and strategic counsel.
  • If applicable, provide counsel on agribusiness or energy-related real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through effective communication and top-tier legal service.
Qualifications:
  • 4-6 years of experience in real estate law, including transactions, due diligence, and leasing.
  • Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm setting is strongly preferred.
  • Exposure to agribusiness or energy projects is a plus.
  • Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to excellence in legal practice.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who is capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality, client-focused legal services.
