About the RoleWe are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide professional, empathetic support to patients, clients, and internal teams. This role involves answering incoming calls, processing orders, and maintaining accurate records while ensuring a positive customer experience. You’ll collaborate with team members on the customer service floor and may have direct patient contact for orthotic fittings, including post-mastectomy and diabetic footwear fittings.Location : Onsite (Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM)Key ResponsibilitiesAnswer incoming calls and deliver exceptional customer service.Process and follow up on customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.Maintain detailed records in internal systems.Communicate with patients, clients, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.Perform sales order entry and data entry tasks.Assist with product assembly, inventory management, and stocking.Understand insurance verification processes.QualificationsProven experience in customer service or administrative support.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).Highly dependable with excellent organizational abilities.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.Healthcare experience is a plus but not required.Employee Value PropositionStable Monday–Friday schedule (8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM).Collaborative team environment.Opportunity to work in a role that combines customer service and hands-on support.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of New Berlin, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00 / hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
