The Operations Superintendent-2nd Shift reports directly to the Operations Manager and will oversee the activities of the Shift and Supervisors to achieve optimal levels of safety, quality, productivity, and delivery to assure internal and external customer satisfaction.

• Foster an employee engagement culture conductive to maximize employee morale and productivity.
• Establish and monitor overall Plant performance for production and quality standards.
• Incorporate shop floor organization and safety among all Associates.
• Enact contingency plans as needed; escalates and direct activities during systems problems, disasters, etc.
• Identify potential problems, troubleshoots escalate issues to management, and participate in analysis of problems providing input for future process improvements.
• Coach Shift Supervisors to attain maximum levels of production utilization and efficiency.
• The role is a key function of the Operations Team and reports to the Operations Manager.
