For over 60 years, the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) team has supported the Navy's mission to provide affordable and credible strategic defense. Lockheed Martin Space in Englewood, CO seeks a full-time, entry-level Program Planner to join our mission on FBM.

In this role, you will :

  • Plan and manage detailed schedule networks from design, assembly, test, and interoperations.
  • Work with Finance and Business operations, and Program Management while working with the entire planning team to translate authorized customer requirements into the performance measurement baseline.
  • Create and maintain compliant Integrated Master Schedules which accurately and comprehensively validate contractual scope, work flow, and resources required to execute the program.
  • Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.

Our level 1 employees typically have 0-3 years of experience.

Desired skills :

  • Active Secret security clearance
  • Experience analyzing data
  • Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional
  • Customer service experience
  • Presentation experience
  • Familiarity with formulas and macros in Excel
  • Familiarity with Tableau

    Employee will work on-site full-time. No telecommuting. This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $52,300 - $92,230. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. This position is incentive plan eligible.
