What You’ll Do :

Assess students, collect data, create and revise Behavior Intervention Plans and serve as a member of the student’s IEP team.

Work closely with students, either 1 : 1 or across entire classrooms implementing Individual Education Plan (IEP) and / or Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) services

Coach and support Behavior Interventionists and other support staff across one or more school sites.  Promote best practices in behavior and PBIS.

Build rapport and trust with the children in your care and with their parents / guardians

Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment

Support Special Education Teachers in delivering IEP and BIP services

Follow direction from and collaborate with lead teachers, administrators, and other school staff

Qualifications :

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification (issued by BACB)
