We are seeking an Account Executive who is passionate about empowering small businesses. In this role, you will contribute more than just making sales; you'll be an integral part of a collaborative team, thriving on both team-based and individual performance targets. Accelerate your career in SaaS sales by helping small businesses succeed with our tailored solutions. If you are driven to deliver value to SMBs, we would love to connect with you.

Team-Based Sales Cycle Management : Collaborate with your team members to handle various stages of the sales process, ensuring a cohesive flow and collective accountability towards both individual and team quotas.

Revenue Contribution : Meet and strive to exceed both individual and team sales targets through diligent follow-up, unrivalled customer engagements, and effective utilization of sales tools.

Consultative Selling : Employ our proven Homebase Sales Methodology to conduct thorough sales discussions, pinpoint customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

Process Adherence : Diligently follow prescriptive sales processes designed to reach customers with the right message at the right time, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in sales operations.

High-Volume Customer Interaction : Maintain robust engagement with clients and prospects through frequent phone calls and emails, actively listening and responding to their needs.

AI-Enabled Selling : Experiment with AI tools to optimize prospecting, outreach, and workflow efficiency, sharing insights with your team to continuously improve the sales process.

  • 2+ years of selling experience, with a keen interest in growing in SaaS Sales.
