Solution Consultant
The Solution Consultant partners directly with our Sales Team, combining deep industry expertise and compelling strategies to shape each client's path to growth. By interpreting market signals, regulatory changes, and evolving consumer trends, they uncover white-space opportunities that address client needs and deliver measurable impact. As a centralized point of contact for our Sellers, you'll leverage strategic insights, marketing experience, brand intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to align brand marketing needs across channels, data, identity, and technology. You will craft strategic narratives and integrated solutions that guide clients toward sustainable, long-term success.
This role can be located almost anywhere in the U.S.

What You Will Do
Partner with Sales to deliver strategic guidance and end-to-end sales supporttransforming complex challenges into clear, compelling solutions that drive revenue growth and strengthen client relationships.Client discovery, requirements gathering, client business impact, proposal development, and strategic client presentations.Decode market signals, regulatory shifts, and consumer trends to illuminate new opportunities and drive impactful outcomes.Collaborate with Sales, Solution Engineers, Product, and Marketing develop new offerings, and support comprehensive sales coverage.Support solution innovation by partnering with Growth Innovators and Sales to design new offerings using existing products, services, and partners, enabling sales with solutions clients want.Lead or support activities such as RFP / RFI responses, new business development, upsell / cross-sell, renewals, ideation, solution design, thought leadership, workshops, QBRs, competitive differentiation, and executive briefings.Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning internal resources and expertise to deliver innovative solutions tailored to client objectives.What You Will Have
